• Any account found in violation of any of these terms will be facing a conflict with our company and we will close such account with no payout. We also reserve the right to change any of these terms with a prior notice in "News" section in your account and by e-mail to all our adverts to the email which was used by advert at the time of registration.



• You may send traffic (visitors) to our websites in any way you would like unless it is illegal (stated below). You may use banners, text links, pop-up windows (entering console, closing console, console opening to specific operation of the surfer) and free hosted galleries. If you are not sure that your method of sending traffic to our sites is legal please contact support BEFORE sending any visitors.



• You are not allowed to send traffic:
  Using SPAM (in any of its form).
  Using traffic of illegal origin (CP, LOLITA, RAPE, INCEST, etc.)
  This means no illegal words, pictures, should be found on your sites.
  Also same rule applies to the sites sending traffic to your site.
  You many not "hotlink" any pictures located on our server.



• You may not redirect traffic to our sites directly from TGP sites.
  Redirection of traffic from TGP sites is illegal and we will report you to the tgp site of your illegal activity. You may not use any exploits, browser hacks, and automatic Newspage and so on.
  You may only use our free content to promote our sites.



• Your earnings pay-outs are made by our partnership program or by billing companies. If you chose to be paid by a billing company you may not address any complaints regarding your checks to us (but we will try to resolve your problems if they occur). If a problem occurs with a billing company (delays, non-payments) we are not responsible to pay-out your earned but not received money. In this case we will do our best so you can receive your money.



• If you chose to be paid by our partnership program, we can send your money to your bank using ACH, Fethard finance, Finex Bank and regular wire transfer. We send payments three weeks after the period ends.
